We begin by carefully inspecting your dress to ensure the proper techniques and products are used. We test a small patch of fabric on an inconspicuous area of the gown to make certain it doesn’t stain or damage the fabric. We also inspect for stains or damage that may need special treatment.

Based on the inspection, we prepare the proper products for your gown’s cleaning. Also certain aspects of your gown will have to be covered or removed, such as bead work or hoops. These items are carefully removed and marked to be replaced after cleaning.

We will meticulously go over each inch of your gown and pretreat it by hand prior to cleaning. We will spend an unlimited amount of time spot treating any stain and soil. Not every stain can be removed, but we will spare no expense in trying.

We clean and give your gown an anti-sugar stain treatment. We use specialty machines and solutions specifically made for the fabric of your gown. Once cleaning is complete, we use a white glove treatment to maintain the cleanliness of the gown and prevent any new soils. 

Once your gown is cleaned, our expert team will then have your wedding dress pressed or steamed to prepare it for you to wear on your wedding day or storage in the museum quality case for preservation so you can cherish your gown for a lifetime.

Lastly, we carefully inspect the gown to ensure all visible stains have been removed. We invite you to join us in the inspection to guarantee your satisfaction. All elements of the gown are reassembled, then the gown is returned to you!
